Self Defense

K.I.S.S. Keep it simple seminar. Designed with a woman touch but strong for any person. This seminar is a 2 hr. course, pack with lots of powerful techniques.
Tae Kwon do Hap Ki Do
$150/Mthly
Traditional & Olympic style combine with a modern style and practical self defense.

B'day Parties

A 1 1/2 hr. of fun with a bouncy house along with Ninja sword cutting cake (cut by the birthday boy /girl) board breaking and a 25 min. Tae Kwon Do / Martial Arts class.
